When a DB impedes the backside arm of a receiver, no matter if the receiver gets it free or not, how is that not pass interference?

They've been doing that all game. I'm also not sure how every team in the league doesn't teach the Packers way of OL blocking, because it's insane how much of what looks to be blatant holding isn't called. That's the best technique I've ever seen, and I don't blame them at all for doing it because it works year after year.

Doesn't change the fact we're a terrible football team full of losers. But, it's always amazing to me how they do it. Good DLs still beat them up, but I watch them nearly every week and it's never called, for years.
