What are you doing firing the staff? The same players that are making mistakes will keep making mistakes. Bad pass, drop balls, penalties.

I'm not giving the players a pass but I'm asking you how you move forward in the right direction. I agree with you that the players who are dropping balls are a problem but then at what point do you hold your staff accountable? We see coaches fired every single year. If the players are the ones to blame for it all, why does a gm ever both firing his coaches? Wouldnt he simply blame the players for making mistakes?

Someone needs to be held accountable and as a head coach you sign up knowing this.

So what is the solution with this team? You tear the whole team down with the same staff? And can you tell me if there players being the issue is all it is, why do gms ever fire their coach? They are all professionals with years of experience yet some get canned for their teams failures. If you dont get rid of the coaches how do you ever know if anyone else can get more of their roster?

These are legit questions rather then just pissing and moaning I want your honest opinion.
