Once again everyone is at fault except Dak who probably played his best game accuracy wise.
You Dak-Zoids like Skip Bayless always place the blame on everyone EXCEPT DAK.
Can't have a reasonable mature conversation with cult following thinking bud.
GL....

Now go think of some new excuses when we're home for the playoffs and dream of 35 million contracts that you're hoping Dak will sign....
What do you think you lost that game last night the only chance we had was Prescott. How many more times does he have to cover for the highest paid running back

Zeke had an opportunity to win that game last night. He had the ball the last three plays of the game. You just didn't come through. So I agree.

When you stop Zeke and force Dallas to throw it changes the entire complexion of the game. Even if Dallas throws with success like they did last night. When Zeke is dominant you’re scoring points, using clock, and keeping your undersized defense on the sidelines. When you are slinging it around to score the scoring drives are fast (I think 3 of them last night were under 3 minutes with the fourth being like 5 minutes). So your already dodgy defense gets even more exposed.

Well, the undersized BBDB-forever defense better get in shape (D Law, this means you! Mr. I need to sit out this 3rd down because I'm tired  ), because the Cowboys won't be able to force feed Zeke every game, especially not early when the defense is simply waiting on all those 1st down runs. The Cowboys should come out throwing, using play action liberally, and going DOWNFIELD so they know we're looking for big gains early. Then, later in the game, get Zeke some touches (and can he get a screen pass please?).

Cowboys can't count on always winning the time of possession to win, so the defense needs to get ready for a few more possessions. The offense needs to score, early and often, and can't be worried about the defense's fatigue level. They're football players getting paid a lot of money...so demand more from them (and use the DL and LB depth to spell starters on occasion).

We need the running game to be better. We aren't going anywhere without it. Saying that though when the running game is as bad as it was last night and your QB has a hot hand you ride the hot hand.

Dak’s numbers this year speak for themselves. His INTs are a concern, but several of them have been fluke plays off the WRs hands.

The real story I believe is that for over a year now, Zeke is no longer the best weapon we have on the field. That’s Coop. Anyone watching this year can see that baring injury, random OPI calls and the occasional drops (which injury has played a part in those as well), the guy is unstoppable. He should be involved in every big play when it matters.

Zeke used to wear down defenders, but that Isn’t the case lately. Those big punishing runs are too few and far inbetween. The coaches need to recognize who the real threat is late in the game because it sure hasn’t been Zeke.

Uhhh, there is a big difference between pass protection and run blocking.
Is a big difference between running sideways and hitting the whole you supposed to be in. Stop with the stupid funny faces. It just shows your intelligence

2-10 Now when Zeke is under 75 yards rushing.
Vikes played single coverage pretty much all game long.

P.S. Dak did better than his usual game but the above needs to be addressed......

Nice,

Like taking candy from the cowboys

Oh, wait a second..............:starspin:

Why are teams worried about a fat fullback with no breakaway speed? I don’t get it

It’s a proven scheme to beat us. I’m sure all teams are attempting but only the better teams are able to execute it.

Another alarming trend continues :
We had lost 15 in a row after falling behind 7 points or more until last Monday night. This trend continues.

We appear to be a team that relies on running the ball and getting the early lead.

This stat was wrong from the start. We were down by 7 to the Commanders earlier this season.

we were down 7 to the giants in late 2017. Beat them.

I haven’t looked any further back.

but I would think someone such as yourself, who is so worried about fake news, wouldn’t then parrot fake stats.

This was a very different scenario than the others in the sample size. Dak absolutely carved their pass defense up. His best career game, IMO.

The defense was simply atrocious and combined with poor game management decisions, we lost a tight game to a really good team.

easy to forget that Vikes were in NFC championship game more recently than us

I can’t recall all the games but tonight they lost not because Zeke was ineffective but because they didn’t know when to stop feeding him. It was clear tonight was not gonna be his night.
Just means we had more opportunity to run playaction and the coaches insisted they stick with the basics and do nothing to counter that defense.

Dak beat them all night, unfortunately the coaching staff didn't hold up their end.
Vikings stuck with what they were best at and our coaches decided it was best to play into their hand at the end. And of course Dak played his part in that incomplete to Zeke for as well as he played for most of the game.
