That was an extremely slow developing throw back designed for Witten to get across the formation by the time the hand off and motion threw off the defense.

You call that at midfield not the 2 yard line. A lot better RPO options for that down and distance. Discretion isn’t one of this coaching staffs strengths

Not sure if that was a bad call for an RPO so much as a good defensive call in that situation. Dak pulls the ball once he sees the unblocked LB screaming towards Zeke, then the LB just keeps blitzing and comes for him.
