The Bills are even bigger frauds than the Cowboys

Why don’t you take @phildadon86 up on his offer?

Dallas wins and you go away for a week, Dallas loses he goes away for a week.

You were ever-so-confident in your prediction of a blowout loss but now you’re back pedaling.

Guess you’re not so confident in your position after all.

I’ve been so focused on phildadon that I never got your opinion on things. How are things going? Was I in the wrong for predicting a loss? You don’t have phildadon to back you up here, so I doubt you’ll actually respond. Guess my “ever so confidence” was right, as it usually is. Try me again. You won’t win.

how did that work out for you???

Meh. Had to go all in, it was our last chance at legitimacy this season. I dont expect to put any further faith in this team.

Congrats I guess? Same group had to go hide while they were promoting a tank last season. If you always bet against you will win some bets, especially with JG at the helm.

That was a fun read. ;)

Yep, although it was an overall negative prediction and at the expense of the Cowboys, Amarichill has been accurate on a number of his takes in my opinion. I happen to agree with several of his posts and general perspective on the overall state of the team.

Might not be the most popular view, but oh well...

Appreciate it brother. Everyone here loves to hate on me, even though my “negativity” is right more often than not. Nice to see some support for once

No worries bro.
Yep, I never was one to have all the right popular life decisions growing up in the eyes of many as well but hindsight in my personal life showed my unpopular choices ended up being the right ones in the long run.

As for the Cowboys...
After a while, ya gotta call a spade a spade and I agree with ya on many of the angles you have introduced as to this continued futility that permeates this organization.

Everybody entitled to their opinion and as Swayze as Dalton in the movie Roadhouse put it...”Opinions vary”

I just dont get the pollyannish optimism of some people. They have a loose grip on reality.

I hear ya bro.
I both understand and respect individual opinion as I served my time in the military fighting for many of our freedoms to include free speech.

I am a natural optimist in life. I categorize myself as a realist type of Cowboys fan. I share your opinion with regards to the eternal optimist takes on all things Cowboys.

And then, to be possibly personally chastised for sharing a differing view in this forum because the team hasn’t done anything in a quarter century makes matters even worse.

Nice post.

The Bills appear to be getting the most out of their talent, unlike the Cowboys.

There's a word for that.

I don't dislike you as a poster. I dislike posters that are negative just to be negative. Its almost as if they hedge their bets so that if we lose they can at least feel vindicated.

There was however more than enough evidence to suggest we'd lose to Buffalo. I foolishly looked at the Viking game and felt bad decisions were a huge contributing factor in the loss. I felt the Pats game was a lot about the weather and a handful of impactful calls by the officials. I also thought I saw our capabilities vs Philly. Consequently I thought we were due and I believed in our offense. We came out like I expected until petering out on what looked to be a nice drive our second possession.

I have no rationalization for the comedy of errors that followed. All I can really say is you were right and I was wrong. This team simply isn't that good. While I have to agree some of the talent is clearly being over rated, I also believe our talent is being marginalized by a bad coaching staff.

That said I won't bother to put my fan googles on unless we win the next four (highly unlikely.) Even if that happens I cant bring myself to have higher expectations than the wildcard, possibly divisional round(also highly unlikely.) This is at least, the end of a gut wrenching "almost era" for the Dallas Cowboys.
