I get excited all the time. If we win it's a good chance we'll be in the playoffs. If we lose it's a good chance we get a better player in the draft in every round that we wouldn't have by winning.

Because the Eagles can't beat the Dolphins, we'll likely make the playoffs regardless, which destroys basically any incentive to losing games as far as draft position.
