Wade and McVay didn't mention our coaching prowess, fools.

best ever!!! seriously dude...he is good, for the first two years with a team, then it falls apart for whatever reason.Wades always been a class act. Not a good head coach. But without a doubt, one of the best defensive coordinators ever.

he is good. not great. he tends to use his players the first couple of years, but teams often figure him out and he has a tough time adjusting...… he is strictly a 3-4 coach and his ammo is max blitz. As a head coach Yes.
I mean as a defensive coordinator though. He is an excellent defensive coordinator. One of the best. IMO.

Wade is a legend come playoff time. His defenses, for example, always shut Brady down. In Denver, he shut them down. In the SN, if Goff could have gotten past mid field they could have Ron. Even when he was with SD, Brady threw like four picks and if their DB didn’t flail the ball around and lose it in FG position for the Patriots, game would have been over.
I remember when he used flashes of the 4-6 he learned in Philly, during the Buddy Ryan tenure. He actually use to call the plays during that 86-88 era with the Eagles. One can imagine the input he had in that defensive personnel as well.

Agreed completely. He is one of the few DC’s
Who has been able to get the best of Brady in high pressure situations like that.
He also is good at developing young talent. Players consistently have career years when playing for him and lose productivity after he is gone. Mark of an excellent coach.
for all the flak he gets, He also has a better career winning percentage as a HC than a certain HC that we won’t name.
Wade is a good dancer.
