I was flicking through the channels the other night and stumbled on a movie called ‘Her Smell’ on HBO. Elisabeth Moss plays a junkie type lead singer. It was pretty good. She covers Bryan Adams ‘Heaven’ and it’s awesome!

The song was written about The Balinese Room which was a club that sat on a pier in Galveston Texas. Sat there for decades, drinking, gambling, dancing all kinda fun and illegal stuff going on. Frank Sinatra was among the many famous people that used to hang there. The place was sadly completely destroyed by Hurricane Ike in 2008 and never rebuilt.
My wife says this has such a groove it would make white people dance.

It might be "THE song to play right now", but the last time I checked, Garrett didn't/doesn't have brown cocoa skin and curly black hair.

Well tell your wife she is absolutely correct. Cuz this white lady was dancing in her seat listening to it.
