Don’t be so sure on that, I think fish is speculating

What do those tweets have to do with the offensive coaching staff? Are you implying the same rules of keeping the staff wouldn’t apply to a vet head coach?

A year ago Sean McVay was the darling of the NFL and Dallas has a smarter version of him in Kellen Moore. You don't toss that away because you finished 8-8 in a season where you had 11-5 talent. They aren't going to force him on the new HC either, but it would be dumb to throw the baby out of with the bathwater.

That's why I think in the end....It's gonna be Kellen's job. Jerry and Stephen will split the difference. Stephen wants to go young...Jerry wants proven experience....Kellen made the #1 offense. They go out and get a real defensive coordinator w/ experience.

Troy commented about starting the search before firing Garrett of course there’s dysfunction in Dallas, always will be with Jerry.

Honestly folks JG sucked but we are stuck with the King of suck! Jerry is going to stick a coach with more Cowboy guys and get sane results. Troy is right. Jerry is an idiot

He was being kind even in that statement "in a lot of ways"? "It shines some light"? That's sugarcoating the truth staring all of us in the face. It's clear, irrefutable evidence of the deep, serious Dysfunction going on at the very heart of this organization. Jerry Jones is a delusional megalomaniac that thinks it's OK to do anything he wants, whenever he wants, and however he wants. A billionaire propped up by a 'no lose' NFL system that allows owners to win in the wallet, whether or not they lose on the field. It breeds the arrogance that Jones operates with.

At this point, I have little faith that the next head coach will be an,e to fix what truly ails this organization.

Unless the name is Meyer, Payton, or somehow Belichick, none will have the power or authority to truth change anything.

and that's gonna really narrow it down to the likes of Mike McCarthy, Cowboys may want a experienced NFL head coach running and hitting the ground.
... i just don't hear enough vibes with Dan Campbell and Eric Bienemy.

truth be told, i started getting a urge for NFL level coaches vs college gimmick coaches.
i dunno who " the etc." consist of, but hopefully on the offensive side - cuz we simply cannot have Marinelli back - that's the ONE constant that cannot continue ...!!

plus the leftover assts. may be a negotiating compromise, otherwise if the new HC is " forced" to have to use the leftovers, and cannot bring in HIS chosen ones- at least the bulk of his group, then thats' just the ultimate in pure puppet, lame duck HC. That's flat out Barry Switzer 2.0.
i'm gonna see how this really goes.

If I had to guess tonight? It's going to be Mike McCarthy. He's a name with a Super Bowl title to sell to the masses, and someone desperate enough to sign on for whatever bull**** Jerry insists upon. A guy with no other options if he wants to be a head coach again. And he's more of the same in what we just finally got rid of.

All the evidence i needed to know. JJ insists on keeping the taint and if anyone still wants to think JJ wants to reach the SB, you have your answer, No. a resounding no. deal with it.

anyone he hires and is forced to keep the taint will be compromised from day 1. another wasted season is upon us. oo and feel free to doubt me, this season SO proved you correct.
