Man please

You do know it is ok to not praise everything with this team

After 25 years of failure, forgive me for not having patience for an inexperienced play caller going thru growing pains
I forgive you, my son.
At least the playbook is going to change.

This feels like the exact opposite of what Mike McCarthy talked about in his Peter King interview.

In that interview, he talked about himself being the play-caller and that the play-caller needs to be the person who installs the offense each week.

Not a fan of this at all.

Either Jerry pushed this, or they really wanted Moore to stay and that was part of their agreement to keep him.

McCarthy is about to find out what's up with the offense when we go from non-playoff caliber opponent to playoff caliber opponent and repeat this for a few games.

You can't just come in here and throw a common sense grenade like that into this discussion without some kind of certified and well documented proof buddy!
EXACTLY LOL. All one has to do is research the facts and see more than 1 person making the point JG would call plays down the stretch..many here can make of that what they will I guess..but it happened. Not sure how someone can defend mediocrity and ineptitude that spanned 10 years under his watch. Maybe some here wanted more of the Garrett **** show..lol..

Don't worry.......Moore is calling plays using Mike standards/expectation for his offense. Notice he said, 2020 and he's learning the current offensive system. This tells me Mike's looking at the fact Kellen produced the lead #1 offense. Why fix what's not broken........until I have to. I can Mike tweaking some things, such as red zone production but make no mistake, this offense will produce to his standards.

Its also going to be more like "Moore calls plays from a subset that McCarthy approved" than McCarthy just delegating this.

wow..your taking this way too personal. Was Garrett your brother or something? MY LORD. Made up? How so? The guy wasn't a leader of men and failed. He's not walking back into the stadium. Turn the page and stop being so overly sensitive. Its a bit embarrassing. Just having a good ole fashioned debate. We don't all have to agree on here then resort to name calling or whatever. We don't need to have a think tank lol..we are allowed to use our own reasoning, and you have a right to not agree..and Iam good with it. JUST RELAX.
Let's reflect and see which one of us needs to relax; the guy writing things in all caps or the one that made a statements about asking for clarification.

WE NOW HEN..A CAPTAINAVE A LEADER OF M[/COLOR]. Before, with JG...we were simply a collection of good players without a vision, without a single-minded leader..a ship without a Captain is doomed. THAT HAS NOW BEEN FIXED.

+1 ........Mike likes to use the term alpha dog. I read a tweet that having a few of these type of players was a huge part of his Packer team.

i just got a headache. Moore really needs to work on redzone scheme. Because he sucks in that part of the field. 20-20 hes awsome redzone he's one of the worst in the nfl.

Moore's scheme is made for speed and separation, both in limited supply in the red zone. And we got the WRs to match that. We're just weaker in the redzone with our WRs and TEs. No physical players that box out.

The redzone is where our potential multi-runthreat offense could really shine. Where *Dak* could really shine. Sturdy running QB who throws well on the move and makes good choices. Add Dak to the oline and multiple run threats there, and we should be awesome in the redzone.

I'm surprised by Moore calling plays. McCarthy seems like a better play caller. I expected Moore and McCarthy to merge schemes this year, and let Moore see how McCarthy calls the offense.

I wonder if this was really McCarthy's choice, or he offered it during negotiations because it seemed like what Jerry wanted, and McCarthy wanted the job.

MM is switching to HIS SCHEME..THE WEST COAST OFFENSE. Come on folks. Not Moores or Garretts. However, Moore will have some input..which is a good thing. I like the collaborative thing MM is doing. He is adapting...which is what he said all along he wanted to do. I am warming up to this.

True enough. Just because the terminology remains the same doesn't mean there won't be new wrinkles.
The guy specifically said he's switching the O to more WCO, but is keeping the same terminology to assist the learning curve.
I don't get the teeth grinding and the JERRY garbage.
