and DUI is a second-degree misdemeanor in Florida. For a first offense, it often can result in only probation, a fine and community service.


Ridiculous. should be more than a slap on the wrist.

Yup, SOS, different offseason. I can't remember the last time this team headed into the regular season without some type of drama. Oh well, most people have no idea who this guy is but since he's a Cowboy the media will blow it way out of proportion. Time for MM to use his hatchet for the first, hopefully not the last, time...

DUI is money grab in FL. Fine if record clean. If no priors mail in probation at worst. If he has priors then he screwed.
