Who got a raw deal from the Cowboys?

I find this thread interesting. Many people have different interpretations on what a "raw deal" is. I was thinking in terms of the team getting more than they gave. Romo is a good example though. Dude gave everything to the team. The team gave him everything. He was awesome but they still came up short so in a way he did get a raw deal. But now he makes a trillion bucks to sit around and watch football so maybe it kind of worked out for him after all.

Ratliff is the poster boy for what is wrong with this franchise. A productive player on a team friendly deal. What do we do? We reward him 2 years early of course. What happens next you ask. He starts to get worse. What do we do next you ask? We restructure some money into a signing bonus. What happens next you ask? We have to release him because he has become a belligerent drunken ***.
