You have a split locker room now, and most pepole don't even realize it.

Strong men stay the course regardless of what situation arises. Is it safe to assume you hing our locker room is not formulated with STRONG MEN? Curious to see your approach on this. Expand your mind and feed it with positivity.

My approach is to keep it in house. Just like family arguments we keep it in house. Never broadcast your weaknesses To the outside world. Football is football, politics is politics...Let’s keep them separate. He sucks anyway. Ty to the mods for approving this msg.

I dont think think we will sign any more safeties but Reid is a good option for me at SS which we dont have on our roster right now,

Reportedly the Ravens are looking to move/cut Earl Thomas.

I thought Reid was someone to try last year, but with him not signed even now, either he wants way too much or the injury is something even Jerry wouldn't touch.

I’m thinking The Earl Thomas pricing has come way down, if he is even released.

What would be the issue with signing Griffin, Eric Reid, E. Berry, L. Wafford or someone else on a 1yr deal like we do all the time. As Training camp bodies (trial based/prove it deal). If we cut Crawford or restructure a deal or two, we could afford it.

Also gives us a good chance of finding a great replacement or starter for Defense or Offense.

I know the player would have to agree to the deal, but I think some would it given a decent 1yr deal with incentives or a long term deal negotiation promised at end of camp.
Plus they are given opportunities to play with a legit Super Bowl Contender and chance to hit the jackpot. (Robert Quinn)

Spur of the moment thought...
Camp bodies? Those are starters.

Nick Bosa? Did not realize he was a possible camp body. You on some sort of delusional mission? Move along piker...

And you keep up your delusional view of who players would see as divisive.

Good approach, but sometimes the best answer and an unbiased answer you will get form outside your home. My mother, father, sister and brother always told me the truth regardless if I liked it or not. Understanding another point of view, whether you agree with that person or not, is always good leadership. Its always a good practice to understand why a person feels the way they do from their perspective.Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves. Sometime we never want to look in the mirror before we cast judgment.

No problem with anything you have said here, but do you really want this intermingled with your football? I personally do not...
