Jerry had a 10 year plan with Garrett. He made it clear from the beginning he was going to ride out all the bumps with him. The Cowboys were not only having to develop players but they were having to develop their head coach. We wasted a lot of talent under Garrett’s tenure. A decade full of inconsistency.
