How do you guys think Zeke will do this season?

One of the highlights of the 1990's Cowboys with the triplets was Emmitt as a safety valve. Just go watch those teams play and see Emmitt take a swing pass when Irvin and Harper were covered.

The three WR's run off the DB's and Zeke becomes a serious weapon. Not to say this is the mainstay of the offense. But if they are run off deep, Zeke will eat. If they adjust to stop the Zeke train, the WR's gut their defense.

As Donnie Brasco said, "This here is a beautiful thing."

I think Zeke will have a similar season this year compared to last year and I am good with that since I'm one of the few on here who didn't have a problem with Zeke's play in 2019 considering Dak was going into a contract year and throwing the ball over the field to justify his future pay day.

If Dak doesn't get a deal before the season starts, I see similar results for 2020.

Admirable wont help continue our Oline dominance.
Well then I guess we need to hope badass is a badass. I’ll trust the coaching staff on this as 2018 there were lots of variables for sack numbers

Even if Badass can win the job he is still a rookie. IF Looney wins the job were are in trouble with the pass protection.

I am hoping McGovern and Biadasz win the job at center and guard.

Do you think he will improve and overall offer a better season than 19 or do you think he will regress even further?

I personally hope he goes back towards being more physical and agressive.

In my opinion, Zeke has been underused in the passing game. He is a legitimate receiving threat, MM is going to make Zeke into a even bigger star.

One thing some hammer on Elliott about is his conditioning and tapping out in games. If they watched him in college he did that as well, particularly if they were power backing him.

He runs one way, all out and he's a contact back. He'll pull himself when he thinks he's lost that edge to recharge his battery and come back out making contact again.

He wasn't off last season, the club was 2nd in passing yards and that has to come at the expense of something. The most interesting part of this new offense to me is how McC and Moore are going to use Elliott and the tandem with Pollard. This is the best RB tandem McC has had so I don't think we can apply the past here.

If those 2 RB's are used in the passing game, Prescott won't have to worry about finding the open man, he'll have his pick of multiple open men.

Elliott's biggest challenge with be the D is not the opposition's but his own. Can they keep the score down to allow a power run game to dominate the field?

The biggest change I have seen to the NFL with the offenses is TOP just isn't the critical factor. Time was you only needed to look at two stats to know which team won the game, TOP and passing yards. TOP won and passing yards lost. The one flashback we did get last season was the top two passing teams missed the playoffs, that used to be the norm.

He has at least 2-3 prime seasons left.

They wasted his best years.

wasted them.

Dak can move if Looney misses a block.

I think Dak's movement within the pocket is not a strength. Especially up the middle. Looney and a Williams coming off injury would be a bad combination up the middle. It would be a shame to waste all these good skill position players on Looney and Williams. I am rooting for Biadasz and McGovern.
