Offense way too conservative. Just like the good ole' days of Garrett/Callahan. They should have gotten Dak out in the perimeter more.
But I just think we got beat on both sides of the ball. The Rams ran at will against us. Our Oline was also outmuscled by their Dline.
We lost in the trenches first and foremost. Secondly, Mcvay outcoached us. He knew exactly how to play against our D.

The defense did a lot better than the offense though. The offense was a huge let down

Even though it seemed like the Rams walked the hall down the field every possession at the end of the day they only scored 20 points. The offense with all these high paid players and a QB who wants to break the bank needs to do better than 17 points with only 3 in the seasons half. What’s the point of paying Dak? There are a lot of QB’s out there you can pay a lot less that will get you 17 points.

Considering the defense allowed 20 points and the offense scored 17, I'd call it pretty much even.

I totally agree. I thought we could have taken our shots down field more. McVay was also smart enough to go after our weakest point on the online.
Honestly, I wish we would have had a coach like McVay.

Looked very similar to last year. Our running QB standing straight up in the pocket waiting to get hit.

I must have watched a different game then the rest of you. The defense wasn't that bad, the Ram's just had an offensive game plan that neutralized our strengths. They were running play action, roll outs , runs from the same formation all night, and Goff was getting the ball out of his hands pretty quick
