Its kind of gotten to the point where we have lost so many starters that its a fools errand to rush anyone back, and quite honestly I dont know how much of a difference it would really make.
Maybe Im just a rambling old fool, but I sincerely dont notice that much in drop off of play from a UDFA to a starter as far as execution,, am I wrong on this premise?

Well the difference in LVE and Joe Thomas is huge and Chido is about 1,000 times better than Worley!

That's debatable. LVE was hott garbage when he played this year. Yes it was only a half but he was bad bad.

It seemed like 12 plays on the first drive only. The Rams has their heads spinning

Can't find the original page that listed all the questionables for the game, but came across this.......

"Beginning this week, Chidobe Awuzie is eligible to return from injured reserve and while it hasn't been said yet, there is a possibility that both he and Leighton Vander Esch could return this week. Vander Esch saw time on the practice field last week in pads but not a part of team drills or anything involving contact. It is still unsure whether either will make their return this week but with the possibility on the table and the reinstatement of Randy Gregory slated for next week, things are looking up on that side of the ball."

Still, LVE was great his rookie season. He can do it. That was the first half for everyone in the new defense. Everyone looked pretty crappy. At least he's gotten weeks more of watching tape and studying the play book.

LVE has the highest upside of our LBs. Susceptible to injury, but not otherwise physically limited.

Probably become Sean Lee... great when he is out there... just never out there.

CB Brown was limited vs NYG playing 49% of the snaps.

Increasing his snaps would be like getting someone back...

Dallas Cowboys LB Leighton Vander Esch (shoulder) was a full participant in practice on Thursday, Oct. 15, during the portion open to reporters. Vander Esch was originally expected to miss at least six weeks but now may return on Monday, Oct. 19, against the Arizona Cardinals.

Probably be a similar ramp up for anyone coming back.

Ironic, as players went from no games to full time play to start this season.
