There is a lot to be frustrated with but I always try to be objective and this is my attempt at objectivity:

1. Dalton was worse than I expected. I didn’t expect him to play as well as Dak, but I did expect him to play respectably. On the other hand, this OL did him no favors and with all the turnovers he was in a bad spot. I have t written him off yet, but the fat lady should be warming up to sing.

2. Zeke. Great player. But he is fat, lazy and has lost a lot of his burst. He is in his own head. We may have seen the beginning of the end for Zeke. He needs to get it together, and CAN but he needs to focus and play.

3. Defense played decent is the first half, but seems to have given up in the second half. Worley should not be on the field.

4. Tank. He’s back on a milk carton. Frustrating to see him be a mostly no factor.

5. LVE. Made the defense better. Gives us a chance to get better.

6. Poe. I would bench him and move on from him. A dancing bear.

7. Cooper. Garbage time stats. We should have let him go for a comp pick. We would be just as good of a team. I wouldn’t want to depend on him with the game on the line. Nice guy. Great skills. But there’s something wrong with him emotionally/mentally. Honestly if we could cut him and not have any cap acceleration I would cut his contract tomorrow.

8. C. Wilson. A bright spot. Good performer for a small cap hit. Motivated player. Mentally tough.

9. CeeDee. This guy is a keeper. Should have been looking at him more often. He seems to be open almost every play.

10. We are in a tough spot. Where do we go from here? If we don’t plan to tank the season, we need improvement. OL needs some help. Better be churning the scrap heaps for an OT.

11. I think we are eventually going to be OK on the OL inside. The young players are taking their lumps but getting valuable PT.

12. Dalton Schultz. Looks like he is turning into a player. It’s too bad that Witten was stealing his snaps the last several years and impaired his development.

13. It is hard to gather much from this game. I think if we played the Cards 10 times we win 5 of them. But not today. The turnovers killed us. You are NOT GOING to win turning the ball over 4 times and getting zero turnovers yourself.

14. I know some want Nolan gone. But I think he is improving the defense incrementally. I know this isn’t a popular view, but the turnovers are distorting things and demoralizing the defense.

Zeke is not a great player. He had a great year. A good year. And then largely has been nothing more than a decent TB. That's it.

I think if we play the Cardinals 10 times, we lose 8 of them. They thoroughly cleaned our clocks. And Murray wasn't even that good throwing the ball. Imagine if he was actually "on" in the passing game?

When you factor in injuries, talent issues at certain positions, a dreadful DC, questionable offensive play, bad mistakes............... this Cowboys team is one of the worst in the NFL. Not sure how one can then think we'd split with the Cards.

Good post, brother. Turnovers definitely gave this game away today. I won't crown Nolan, yet. I think the Cards are still a shakey growing offense. I still find Nolan to be a stubborn fool that focuses too much on his scheme vs his opponent.

Zeke is a great player who is complacent. Hopefully he will get his head right. He got paid and has become complacent and lazy.

His defenses have played better the past couple of weeks. But turnovers are killing morale.

How Brown didn’t start the game and than had a zone defense on the 80 yard bomb with Worley on the field is a firing offense. The D looked better early on because the midget couldn’t hit anyone. He had the plays, he just was missing them, until the 80 yard bomb. This D has no talent.

I am a bit confused why MM didn’t play DiNucci the last quarter of the game. I would have liked to see what he could do. It was pretty clear that it was not Dalton’s night.

Worley should be moved to safety or cut. He is NOT an NFL corner.

It's more than complacency. He's slow compared to his rookie year. He lacks explosion. He's a lumbering TB at this point in his career. Runs he might have turned into 20 yarders his rookie year go for 5, 8 yards now.

You guys are simply wishing upon wishing thinking that he just needs to get his head right and all will go back to great. He's not been truly great since 2016.

Good thoughts and analysis. Cooper looks off to me and slower, but had to keep him this season. I think we franchised the wrong player, even though Dak ended up injured. Not sure we beat the Cardinals 5/10 times, may be 4, but have to say outside of Murray's scrambling he looked very underwhelming so maybe. Agree with the rest.

I think you either don’t understand what I am saying, or are just being emotional. I agree that Zeke is underperforming and is slower than he was.

He is complacent in that he’s fat, lazy and out of shape and his head is not in the game. He can still turn it around. But it will take making effort and playing himself back into shape.

I was surprised how bad Murray was tonight. He is fast, but he passed poorly tonight.

His defenses have played better the past couple of weeks. But turnovers are killing morale.

Imagine thinking giving up 27 points to a bad Giants offense and getting lit up for 38 tonight is playing "better". It's not morale. It's a bad scheme with a defense that has certain talent holes. Blaming offensive turnovers at this point is crazy because they are the worst defense in football now at stopping teams after a turnover. And it's not short fields. They give up scores on long fields now too.

He's a bad DC, he was a poor hire. And what makes it worse, they will likely give him far more leash than he deserves and he will really screw up this defense with personnel moves, etc.

Look, you can dress a pig up all you want. Wig, dress, lipstick, maybe a thong with some stilettos and no show socks...... its still a dang pig. This is a bad team with a few good players on it. It is what it is.
