Jerry and his son have fostered this type of environment. They pick people to fit into what they think or how this should be run. They don't challenge their own thinking at all. If they were smart and cared about winning, they'd both park their stupid butts on the sidelines and use all that cash the family is sitting on to hire the best GM they can buy and give him full control.
