How much of this goes back to Jerry's meddling in day to day operations. I mean he hires McCarthy because he does not want a coach to challenge him, the culture at the star is terrible and people are basically rewarded based on their friendships with Jerry. I mean if you want to run a country club with a bunch of friends why buy a football franchise?

I gotta give Gruden some credit. He is willing to make bold moves to win. There is no harm in bring Irvin in for salary. If he is a slacker he can be cut.

I don’t love buying electronic components but I’m doing it cuz it’s paying well and pays the bills and if I had an opportunity to achieve my life long dream of being a bud tender I’m gonna take it. Also he might have had a bit of a role in loosening the restrictions.

Haha I remember that. But contractually they didn't cut him from what I remember. He was suspended and his contract expired.

I don't blame garrett. Irving had a huge payday coming and preferred to smoke than play. I'm just glad he did it right before we would have given him much money.

Yeah lucky for us he screwed that up. This team was going to pay him.
