Who needs to go, in order of priority:

1. Defensive coordinator Mike Nolan
2. Ezekiel Elliott
3. Special teams coach John Fassel
4. Jaylon Smith
5. The secondary except Trevon Diggs (injured) and Donovan Wilson (nice backup next year)
6. The defensive line except D-Law, Gregory, and Gallimore

I get rid of everyone in the secondary that played more than 1 snap.

Get rid of whoever makes the decision to consistently have us in shotgun formation with inches to go.

I was really on the zeke bandwagon last week when I started the thread about his good game.

I don’t think it’s his fault they didn’t run the ball as much... however......

- why the hell is he not in on 3rd and 1 half the time?

- why after two runs is he always taking himself out.

- most important drives of the game he’s not in.

whether that’s him or the coaching staff doing it..... I know it’s a short week. But it’s been happening all year. I don’t get it

I'm going to keep laughing at anyone putting Wilson as a backup when hes been better than Diggs.

Not as worried about the offense because Dak, Tyron Smith, La'el Collins, and now Zack Martin will be back next year.

But there's no easy fix for the defense and the coaching staff. We'll become the Browns if Dallas changes to a third coaching staff again in 2021.

Cutting good players, even overpaid ones is a knee jerk reaction.
The OL during our first drive regressed to Knight-Williams-Looney-McGovern-Steele.

Knight and Steele shouldn’t even be on an NFL roster. Cut Knight and put Steele on the PS because he’s an undrafted rookie. Knight is better, but he has had time and will never be an NFL starter. You draft or bring in backups on the line who can actually play or compete for a starting job in the future. Cam Irving is not very good, but he has proven he can actually play without killing the offense against a top front.

Dalton is still making bad decisions, being inaccurate at times, taking sacks when he sees the blitz coming instead of throwing it away, but behind this mess of an OL, still a decent backup who can probably win games when the gang is back and we have a run game.

Replace Armstrong and Crawford and Hamilton with better players on the DLine. Jalen really hustles and tries, but he’s not playing well. He is overpaid for what he is. I’d love to replace him with a better LB, but the DT and secondary are in worse shape, and Jalen is okay if those positions are improved. Let Jordan Lewis, Awuzie, and Woods all walk in FA or resign as cheap backups/competition. Find a CB that has speed to run with #1’s, find another safety to replace Woods. Find another slot corner to start or backup Brown who should be playing there. Find a FB who can lead Zeke or Pollard through the hole and be an outlet receiver.

Actually, it’s been in a very limited role, but I think I like Woods playing CB vs the slot more than I like him at safety. Either position, probably better as a backup.
