With the two hundred thirty-eight pick in the 2021 NFL draft the Cowboys select...QB from Kent State, Dustin Crum.

Hmm....battle for No. 2 between former Austin Westlake HS greats.
'Pro Football Network' recently (March 10th) put out a draft profile on Ehlinger.
Included was a review of his HS and college careers along with a detailed analysis of his strengths and weaknesses - it is a good read.
Their opinion is Ehlinger is a day 3 pick at best. Btw - Gilbert was a 6th round pick back in 2014 by the Rams.

im a die hard TX fan and unless you grab SamE say 5th round well ill say no..he a solid player in college but hes poor mans Teebow..not sure if he can carry that over to the pros..i wanted sam replaced before last season..hes one trick pony with an inconsistent arm, becomes erratic and inaccurate far too often. that in collage, he not flip to the pros..

as UT fan I saw how Buchelle played at SMU Hermen made mistake also made mistake not letting the backups compete for the job..yes sam was solid, very good,,steady but not special..

I seriously think if Dak can play in this offense and have success...I'm still good for a couple of games and keep us in it. Couldn't be worse than Dinucci..@ least I know the old BSU offense.
