I like the draft, didn't love it, but I thought it was good. I wanted Ehlinger from Texas, the kid from TCU or Sterns from Texas. Didn't get any, but I like what we did. Some are upset at questionable pasts, but I find it hard to judge a kid that has been coddled all of their lives. Let's see what they do when life slaps them in the face and they have to fight for a job.

Not my crying, your crying!! :muttley:

I don't follow college ball, so I don't even have an opinion on these players...but I do know that how they played in college is very often completely different than how they play in the pros. Some get much better, while many of the more touted guys fall off a cliff.

I'm just gonna wait a year or two before I make my decision to keep 'em or cut 'em. That's right, it's my decision!

After the third round yesterday I was ready to abandon all hope and I had resigned myself to us becoming the new Cleveland Browns, or rather the bad old Cleveland Browns. Then today’s draft started to give me hope. Then I began to realize that my hopes rested on fifth and sixth round draft choices and I started feeling depressed again. I have to disagree on the domestic violence stuff. No excuse for 6.7 foot cut man who weighs 300 pounds to hit a woman. Come to think of it there’s no excuse for a 3.7 foot 80 pound man to hit a woman either. Here’s hoping the hell they all grow up so that the commissioner does not give them any lifetime lessons.

But hey, I remember the dirty dozen from 1975. Here’s hoping that wesign at least one good undrafted free agent who makes the team and repeat that in 2021

What made this draft so difficult was how close they came to getting amazing value with the 2nd and 3rd picks. Then to watch the horror after it that was our last two 3rd rounders.

Getting Cox was amazing, but then they failed miserably to get the 1 Tech.
