When I knew this team was a different team

The defense forced a 3 and out on the Bucs 1st possession, then got pinned down on their 2 yard line by a great punt from the Bucs punter. In the past, the Cowboys would have fed Zeke to get some room. But the Cowboys came out with an empty backfield and a 5 (or was it 6?) WR set and Dak throws a 30 yarder. The entire game was a different Cowboys team from that point on.

If only we had a kicker... 4 points left on the field. I think we all know we needed a TD at the end...because it's Brady.

Also need to turn Parsons loose. The few times we sent him we got real pressure, not necessarily from him, but the fact they were focused on stopping him allowed others to get in Tom's face and force him him off his spot.

Greg blew the extra point and fg, but nailed the final fg when we had to have it....he could have played better but can't say he lost of the game....he hurt us with the 4 points but we also got a turnover right after the missed fg so hard to say what would have happened had he made it.

Bottom line is the offense needed a td on the last drive and a bad penalty cost them....then the defense needed a stop on the last drive and the lack of a no call plus leaving gronk open cost them.

Hard to blame one person, there were many things that could have shifted the outcome including Greg

I agree my first thought was here we go tom brady gets the ball at midfield and we are fighting an early Field position battle !

No it wasn't, it was far more conplex than that...you are simplifying
exactly the Bucs paly calling would have been to score td vs line up for fg..true deeper
im giving GZ a pass he came out rusty after offseason back surgery and seemed ok by games end..if he has two more shaky games ill be looking for a replacement for sure..put him on IR eligible to return let him heal up..

Anyone can throw for 400 yards when you're given 58 chances. That doesn't make you "elite".

The 58 attempts did show 2 things

We apparently have a one dimensional offense as Zeke and company continue to be ineffective and the reports of Dakota having shoulder issues was overblown.

Funny because several posters on the Buccaneers forum didn’t believe the shoulder issue being reported was completely accurate.......smart little buggers

Not True TROLL talker

Dak played once of his best games of his career under pressure and his YPP was great.. he dominated and has elevated his games if you look at what he did last eyar in five games.. i used to be on the fence, that game against that defense in that situation puts dak from say 8th before the season to talking about is he # 5 now as young starting qb in this league..he played great.,..you ahve to look at big picture..hes extended from game 5 last season and just kept it going..

no garbage yards this was all earned in the face of the best defense in the league yet dak haters still wont give him props..sad fans base really watchig guy lay great when everyone thoiught hed be rusty and not resady yot plaly yet every narrative leading up to this game was shattered

MM had his team more then ready to play
we weren't outmatched by TB on the road
defense was improved
OL played well while undermanned
Moore called a great game
AC can show up on the road
DL while not great did not suk

DAK IS A GREAT QB period all those wanting him to be a jag are simply trolls..ive never been huge fan of dak been on the fence but hes just showed so much last year and IMOP even better game 1 that improving from player ready to take the next step..get used to it.. all of you wan to compare him to top 3 elite guys in history and will knock him if hes not that..

hes great qb splaying for our team and its still not enough..like i said ROMO was my guy never fully sold on dak but last seasons 5 games were not an anomaly, Dak has arrived has taken the next step..period all im saying is sure like all players he will have bad games or bad plays but hes just went from good to great even if its not elite..hes top 5/6 qb right now and that's fact..

you are a pathetic fan to say the least..

Turnovers were raining down from the heavens and Dallas squandered them. Gotta get 6 when you get those gifts.

Agreed and he deserves criticism for the missed ex point and 35 yarder but he did improve as the game went on and nailed a tough kick to give us a shot to win.

it was 48 yarder straight down the middles with plenty of leg..he will be fine...if not they will make changes..

Well said.

The D not being to even come close to stopping Brady was by far the biggest factor. There really isn't a close 2nd.
