I don't think that it's quite hit a few posters.....

Thus far, the Dallas Cowboys have played the season almost completely without their starting defensive line.

For the very first time this season, the Cowboys will have Gregory, T-Law, Gallimore, and Hill.

The NFL has not seen the Cowboys defense play this season. Think about that.

That's nice, but they have to actually get to the QB just because they're coming back, the other team is going to let them walk right in and kill their QB?? Uh no
That's okay, getting to the QB is what they do. Where is your doubt coming from?

my biggest hope is they can stop the run,if we do that and force 3rd and longs consistently then we will win.

WFT wont change a thing. They will ask T. Heineke to hand the ball off alot and dare us to stop it. Sprinkle in some RPO ACTION AND BOOTS. We better be very ready. They will use the Denver game plan. PHYSICALITY. This will be 4 quarters of brutality. The team that runs
better and takes care of the ball will win.
Yep, this right here!

We need 2 stop the run and keep a spy on Taylor Heineke at all times. He can run well.
Yeah after watching the saints just lining up and running there qb for almost a whole drive and moving it on us was scary. We need to use these LBs to shoot the gap. Maybe Gallimore will help. Won’t hurt to have D-Law and Gregory out there. Hold the line and string them out to the sidelines..

we are a little light up front(defensively). That might be an issue. Denver, Raiders,Saints used their size 2 out physical us. We better have a decent plan. This game will define us and MM,DQ.

exactly. We were fine when they passed. But when they ran, we struggled.

Ron Rivera is a smart HC. He keeps it simple. If it is working, why fix it? Until someone can stop them, they will keep doing what they do. Its not rocket science boys.

What worries me about the wft is our O-Line is going to have to play one of the best games of the year against there defensive line. Would love to see us run against them, if Elliot is still hurting then run Pollard. And dont abandon it. Dak will get the ball downfield and if we have to dink and dunk and get it out quick then ok. Could be a statement game.

Agree. this game will define the team. I say lets get Clement some game reps. He's a good rb with burst, and is an all around utility back. He's much like McKissic is 4 the WFT. I would use Zeke sparingly. Let him rest.

We seem to get pressure in games but no sacks, no tipped passes. A few hurries to create INT’s.
But then there are games we got hardly any pressure. But, I would say more games with than without.

This is a game they need pressure and hits and sacks early to get the QB rattled a bit so he thinks about that pressure and causes him to play poorly.
We're 19th in the league in sacks per game... 10th in the last 3 games. It's not as bad as we think.

I agree. Dallas has to match that physicality from the opening snap. However, if the Cowboys offense comes out and scores TDs early, I don't think Washington is built to be one dimensional requiring Taykor H to throw them back into a game. Turnovers will ensue and it could get ugly for the WFT.

But, that is assuming the offense can actually get rolling again.

By all means if he isn’t able to go 100% then sit him. He is good picking up the blitz and if our O-Line isn’t playing up to par he maybe needed. I just am not sure how bad the ankle is. I know the tackle I saw made me think it was broken. He was very lucky..

What if we don't get to the QB and these QBs run around all day, step up in the pocket and do whatever against us??

We can't count on #11 to do it all, I'd love to see us be more consistent in making the QB uncomfortable at least, not getting there and MISSING the QB while we're right on him.

Give me your thoughts, let's finish this run in a great way!!!!!
Getting more players wont make us worse you either are the same or better.

Pollard can help us score early. Zeke I have reservations about. It takes him a while 2 get going.

And with his ankle being banged up he is not hitting the next gear going through the hole. Pollard hit the sidelines and was off like a shot.. I could see him hitting a hole up the middle and picking up 5-6 yards against there line. Run behind Martin. Break there line down. Then take your shots deeper..
