What has Lawrence done to earn a Franchise QB label??? Draft pedigree...cause it certainly wasn't his performance this year.
Yep...dude looked as bad as Troy Aikman in his rookie year!
must mean he'll never be a franchise guy

Or maybe it means he needs a far better offensive team around him, better coaches, and a year or two to grow into his potential.

Until then....tbd

Colts had a playoff spot for two weeks handed to them and dropped it.

Eagles will get a slightly better pick.

What a nightmare for Colts' fans. And they get at least another year of Wentz. And no first round pick this draft.
Maybe they should have been smart and not played Wentz 75% of the snaps.

The Jags are ballin' today. They are making the Colts OL look bad.

But you didn't answer my question...Wentz is having a good year but Dak has been porous?
Wentz and Dak both are interchangeable to me. I believe the Cowboys would be 12-5 with Wentz just like they are with Dak.

Stats aren't everything. Wentz isn't getting to throw 5 TD passes against a practice squad defense. Wentz probably would have more integrity than to do that anyways. Last night was a me, me, me moment for Dak. We were throwing passes on 1st down inside the 5 yard line just to get him some stats and break a record against a practice squad defense.

Couldn’t imagine being a Colts fan right now

all they have to do is be in this exact same position for the next two years and lose too understand our pain

nothing beats win and in last game of the season 3 years in a row and fall flat

Don't leave out our Cowboys- their 2020 was just as devastating.
Kudos to the league for expanding the availability of players last season (due to COVID-19) pertaining to Injured Reserve and the Practice Squad.
But the NFL needs to further help teams field a competitive roster by more initiatives.
One that I endorse - active players on a game-day roster = 70.

Cowboys 2020 was rough but I did not really think the Cowboys had true Super Bowl aspirations last year (certainly not with that defense) the way the 49ers last year and the Ravens this year did.

For those who need context the strength of the Ravens offense is the running game and they lost their top 3 RBs (one whom they just resigned and a 2nd round pick who looked good), their 1st team all pro LT, their starting LG, and, for most of the year, their starting RT. Then they also lost their pro bowl FB and blocking TE. The only upside for them is that their injury to their starting WR happened at the same time as their 1st round WR recovered from injury. Oh and their MVP QB is out with injury as well.

For defense the strength of their defense is the secondary (you might think that sounds crazy if you look at secondary rankings) but both their 1st team all pro corners are out, both their backups are out (btw Cowboys should REALLY look at Averett because from what I saw he would be a massive upgrade over Brown), and one of their backups backups is out (it was both for awhile). Meanwhile they are also without one of their starting safeties and his backup. I think they also had an injury to one of their front 7 starters but I do not know who their projected front 7 starters were so I am not sure on that and at that point who cares.

Tampa has had comparable injuries to their secondary, and Green Bay to their OLine (being out the best LT in football) but I do not know if any of the contenders this year have had the combined injury situation to all the strengths of a team.

Edit: apparently their rookie pass rusher who I remember winning them the game against KC is also out. I did not know that one but it sort of adds to the point.

See this just shows you how idiotic you are when it comes to Dak. What would Wentz do in this situation? Refuse to play? Opt into all run plays? Throw balls purposely into the stands?

Geezus, your Dak hate is off the charts insane.
