Just finished breakfast, ham omelet with everything from the garden. Wasn't as light as I would have liked it, but, what the hay.

Marinated some boneless chicken thighs, Korean style, last night, went to the store early a.m. to get the banchan.

I'll pair it with some panko rock fish filets baked.

Also got some smoked salmon, everything bagels and cream cheese, if anyone is interested. Capers, purple onions upon request.

One of my all time favorite meals.

Pan fried perch and homemade french fries.
The perch were swimming this morning and the potatoes came out of the garden. Probably cut up some carrots too, for appearance sake.

Tomatoe Sauce and Green Tomatoe Sauce.
Tortillas.
Chips.
Colas.

Sandwich Ice Cream with vanilla icecream .

Channeling mi familia!! All homemade: red enchiladas. Green enchiladas. Salsa. Pico. Queso Blanco and (lazy here…store bought) chips. Then washing down with Modelo.
