I’m just confused why people are still rationalizing it. This is who Dak is. In 2019, after starting off 3-0, Dak exhibited the same characteristics in this game against the Saints, Green Bay, Jets, Bills, Bears, Patriots and against them Eagles to get eliminated from play-off contention. This was the same qualities he exhibited in his “slump”.

The reality is, this is what this non-progression QB gets you. A system QB can only get you so far.

You also see how Jimmy Garapolo has peaked with the 49ers, yet he still wins play-off games. But the 49ers know he has peaked, so they drafted a new QB and are moving on.

You and others did basically the same thing when Romo was our QB lol

We'll just wait untill Dak gets benched for some other QB and become unapologetic enablers for whoever that new QB is..

I'm not wrong about Dak. He led the team to a 12-5 record and a home playoff game. He's not Brady, Rodgers or Mahomes but he's good enough to lead you to the playoffs on a yearly basis.

The bigger problem lies with the whole team, especially in our trenches. I've been saying all year this team would struggle to win in the playoffs with such a poor Oline and a D-Line that can't stop the run.

Dak looked uncomfortable all game and seemed to abandoned the play early when he could have execercised more patience. Part of the problem is the pass blocking and playcalling, but it's clear Dak isn't worth his contract. He should throw some back to retain players.

Everyone was bad on offense in this game.

For all the talk about Moore being a great coordinator, the routes we run and the play design sucked. It was Garrett level stuff today.

You can blame the QB all you want. Thats what fans do that dont understand football. If Dak lost the game, I would have no problem saying he did. The fact that you talk about nothing but the QB with all the other issues shows your agenda.

The line did not play their best game for certain. But even when given time he was missing reads and throws and holding on the ball for too long.

Oh yah..........all those drive killing holding penalties. They are the best. The best one was the false start by Smith and Williams. Then on the next play Collins false starts. That was hilarious.

I believe in the old John Madden Mantra that great players make other players around them great. An Elite Quarterback could elevate his supporting cast. In Dallas we've only had good quarterbacks since the 90's Dak, Romo, suffer along with the rest of the team and don't overcome the broken culture that we have here. Dak proved with that last play that he is not above the Oline, receivers, running backs or any other of his team mates. The defense gave him a chance to be clutch and instead he choked.

Did you notice Dak ‘performed’ when it was announced that the Cowboys won the division and the meaningless Eagles game? Just like 20-9, when he threw 4 TDs against the Commanders to end the season after choking away the playoffs against the bum Eagles. The Commanders game, Moore basically had to go hurry up early and the whole game to speed up Dak’s decision making process. They tried it with the Cardinals, it didn’t work.

I like dak but he really aint it. Throws passes at receivers feet. Stares at one guy. but I mean our problems go beyond dak. This team does not know how to win a Super Bowl. you could have aaron rodgers and an all star team at every position and the team would find a way to bungle it up. Its been that way for years. No matter who is at the top spot

You mean when it was 3rd and 18 every time. The truth is you guys have no clue if there were guys open or not. You just assume he holds the ball too long. Then the dropped passes? I feel bad for Dak. His team completely let him down today.

Fix the Oline and Dline, including our secondary, then this team can be successful in the playoffs. Plus, there is no discipline on this team. They commit penalties at a franchise worst rate...and at the worst times...game killers.
