As far as I'm concerned, Moore can go. A new OC is needed. Here are a few options in no particular order of my thoughts and from the above link:
As far as I'm concerned, Moore can go. A new OC is needed. Here are a few options in no particular order of my thoughts and from the above link:
- Matt Nagy - Horrible HC, but he was a good coordinator in KC, is of the Andy Reid tree (massive upgrade over the Garrett tree), and specialises in QBs. Also, he wasn't afraid to run it even in Chicago.
- Josh Gattis, University of Michigan OC: Named the top assistant coach in the nation this year, Gattis has put together an impressive resume in just a decade in coaching. I'd love to see him in the mix, especially after how Michigan looked this season.
- Frank Smith, Chargers OL coach/run game coordinator: Before joining the Chargers he was the position coach for Darren Waller in Vegas. I'd potentially choose him because online is the name of his game and he likes to run the ball. We need to run the ball more. So, he could influence some better run games and the overhaul of our oline.
