The coaches played his starters in a meaningless game against the eagles, risking injuries to boost Dak's confidence and he still laid an egg.

I can only guess but it's probably psychological. He maybe wasn't confident in fully pushing off of it to do his signature jump pass.

My nitpick……

Almost every time Dallas is in a 2nd and 1, they waste a shot by running a RB right up the middle for a short gain. That is the down and distance to take a downfield shot. If incomplete, it is still 3rd and short.

This is football 101 and drives me crazy!

His poorer play, looking lost, and change in behavior... all since the last injury.

Is he maybe addicted to pain killers and was high during the game?
