The absurd choices the coaches made, especially that last QB draw, make it harder to accept this loss. I could accept it more easily if the team played a great game, but the other team was simply better. But that wasn't the case here. We lost due to foolish choices. The 49ers are a good, but not great, football team. I honestly think the Packers are going to clobber them.

cowboys looked awful and lost all around. MM on down....

that fake punt was perfect. pulled it off. then just go run a dang play. instead they line up to punt again!? who the heck are they confusing. are they freaking stupid....the niner players weren't stupid. they knew it was going to be a first down and cowboys are going to run a play and not punt again...idiot MM. cost a time out.

and then that last QB draw play. just heave it into the endzone twice.....you have a fat chance of winning either way, but better chance ot taking two shots.....idiot MM

Undisciplined teams never win. There is a reason why they were the most penalized team in the NFL. That Randy Gregory holding penalty was the epitome of this team.

Agreed...from start of camps, focus and attention - to - details have to be a disciplined and aggressively developed part of all training. That or there is no leadership being worked.

I absolutely agree. The stupid choices in play calling were inexcusable. Watch the 49ers get blown out by GB. GB will also benefit from an injured 49er team as well.

This was a perfect illustration of a good coach versus a bad one. We tried to get cute and get SF to burn a timeout...I think. Then when it was clear they weren't, we just stood around too long and took a dumb penalty. We have to have the worst awareness in the NFL.

Oh hell yah. That was a total complete on every player and coach on our team. It gives sense of no hope for the future.

The Niners controlled that game for 50 minutes until Jimmy threw the pick. Like the Arizona game, the final score was not indicative the game itself.

Dallas played from behind all day. A big part of that, of course, was their own stupidity. But they were controlled at the line of scrimmage most of the game.

MM tried to use what Kingsbury did to him. MM is trting to learn but is too stupid to fully understand the concerpt. Its like trying to teach someone calculus when you dont understand algebra.

Stupid is as stupid does.

I thought stupid was also playing some key people the week before in that ridiculous Philadelphia game. Cowboys could have paid a price for that move, and was fortunate.

I agree the Cowboys looked stupid and undisciplined but they lost the game right after the opening kickoff. The 49ers just bullied them 75 yards for a TD to take the lead. The Cowboys were 2-6 this year when they did not score first and 10-0 when they did. The way the Cowboys allowed the 49ers to easily push their way into the end zone never even getting to a 3rd down and running 4 consecutive 11 yard+ plays showed which team came to play and which team was not ready, even for a playoff game. To me, the game ended right there. The Cowboys simply could not stop the 49ers offense from scoring while their offense looked amateurish.

Likewise, the first time Dallas got the ball, they went incomplete pass, minus 3 yard rush, sack for a 10 yard loss. 3 and out. 3 plays -13 yards.

The team that comes to play, plays with urgency and intensity usually wins. That wasn't the Cowboys. They looked flat like it was just another game. The 49ers came out on fire. The Cowboys never matched the intensity of the 49ers. This is the #1 reason why the Cowboys have not been to a championship game in 26 years.

get tricky at the wrong time...you got what you wanted...the conversation should have been to Moore and the offense. be ready. as soon as we pull off the fake punt, you all are going in. go run a play and go hurry up and not allow SF to substitute or catch their breath.

and I didn't even like the Wilson lateral pass at that point in the game.... that's too desparate. screamed of desparation and at that point we weren't...I didn't mind the jumbo set with Steele and McGovern...perfect call. why didn't we do it again....and maybe second time pass out of the formation.

If we played them 10 times...they would win 7 of them. Get it through your head folks...they are BETTER than us. And we better start fixing our flaws...instead of believing it was the refs, or the sun, or we came out flat etc...

They lost several of there best players on defense during the game...and we STILL could not take advantage of that.

In all honesty…this has been going since MM got here. MM and his staff are frauds, These players are frauds. The owner is fraud.

here is I see the Dallas Cowboys, there primary business is not football. The football team is needed to continue to continue marketing juggernaut to con decent people out of hard earned while selling them an inferior products….and that’s how marketing is designed…they convince people through any means that you NEED there product. Just turn on the game, almost everyone is wearing over priced jersey…why?

The truth is if cowboy fans had any discipline they’d leave their wallet in their pocket and just watch the game on tv instead of feeding Jerry’s bank account…because I can guarantee to each of you Jerry does not care about you only your money, he will not be at your funeral…now cut the money flow and him looking at an empty Stadium watch how quick he becomes laser focused on a Super Bowl…in less than 3 years we’d have Lombardi…so the fans are at least 50% responsible…

but if anyone on here believe Jerry and those jags that took field on Sunday care…Jerry has $200 jersey for you to buy…

This was a perfect illustration of a good coach versus a bad one.

On That Other Pregame Show Sunday Morning, they had a segment where they asked Shanahan vs McCarthy is like blank vs blank. The answers were similar but the best one was PHD vs a GED.
