34 head coaches have won SB

Over the last 51 years there have been only 34 head coaches to win a Super Bowl. Overall, during that time there has been at least 800 head coaches. Therefore by most standards we have a great coach.

Some say McCarthy had Aaron Rodgers so why didn't he win more than one. First off it is hard to win a Super Bowlno matter the QB is. Don Shula didn't win one with Marino and Marino is one of the greatest QBs in history and Shula one of the greatest coaches.

2nd. I guess the other 700+ coaches were garbage according to some.

We went 6-10 last year and improved to 12-5 this year. That right there is a big accomplishment and next season we need to improve.

I'm more down on Jerry Jones who put this team together with a Super Bowl winning coach but let's so no name who won a few games at Boise St. Great college career but a failure as a NFL QB call plays. Just like at Boise they pass pass pass then run Ian a couple times then pass pass trick play.

Let Moore go where he has to go and let McCarthy put his coaching staff together and call his own plays not some failure of a NFL QB.

Moore has was not and is not ready to run plays for our team just like Garrett was not ready.

Yes the name has changed but the same problems remain. If we lost a hard fought playoff game where we were crisp then so be it. It’s not that we lost it’s how we lost. Different head coach same BS. Undisciplined…. Unprepared.

Moore has was not and is not ready to run plays for our team just like Garrett was not ready.

I'm not ready to 100% give up on MM, but I'm close. IF he doesn't take over play calling, he better have a rope around Moore's playcalling and be ready to pull on it whenever possible.

Moore coached one of the top-ranked offensive units in the NFL last year. That alone will keep Jerry from firing him anytime soon. All we can hope for is some team offering Moore a deal he can't refuse.

Of those 34 coaches, none of them have won another SB for a different team.

Lombardi, Parcells, and Jimmy are a few names on the list of who have tried.

It takes a lot of things. QB. Roster. Coach. Staff. Officiating. Matchups. Luck. That’s why you build a contender and try to orbit the top-8 teams or so in the league and hope to get lucky. It doesn’t always work out. And you can’t shoot your sled in the foot with dumb decisions and mental errors. We have enough working against us just being in the constant spotlight and being everybody’s Super Bowl and everybody’s favorite team to hate.

3 year rule for me. I like to see what he can do with his choice for the offense. Get rid of KM or if he's still around, reduce his role.
