Damn I forgot about him lol…….man it’s amazing the coverage he got last year…..they hyped him to the moon and when I finally saw both play it was clear Bossman was better. I don’t see it but hey it helps us if Wright is ready. I’d love to see him perform at a high level.

Yah he had a good camp I guess. Agreed, he seems super raw. The 6’4 size and length is intriguing tho why he was over drafted.

He got some run in the Eagles. He looked at like he could a playable CB sometime during his rookie contract. Nothing against Wright but Bossman was always the better player. Wright got more hype because people were surprised more than anything. In reality, Wright was practically a 4th round picks. Just inside the top 100. He might get emergency snaps this year, and he may have an actual role in 2023. Whereas Joseph will probably be starter this year. I think that should have been Cowboys fans expectations last offseason

I thought so too, until I look at the guys that got drafted around that range. No one really jumped out at me as a "we really should have drafted instead of Wright". The talent in the draft really seemed to fall off at that point. Not to be all "Go Cowboys", but the guy that looked like obviously better value was the guy we ended drafting in the 4th Jabril Cox

He was decent ST. Ok 1 big mistake but he followed that up the following week making the play. Need to see more at CB though.
