If the Jones boys were serious about having only around 15 first round grades in the draft, and they did not rule out trading up, then I'd imagine he'd be one of them.

My guess is the furthest up they'll trade is to pick 14. So they might do it if the guy reaches that pick. If they don't, then they'll run the risk of sitting there at 24 with no players they graded 1st round and have to scramble to trade back.
