I just don’t understand why Jerrah won’t take a back seat and let someone else run the team. We have not won anything in 27 years. It’s obvious what the problem is. The Joneses can still run the Cowboys brand but let real football men control the team.

Been saying this to anyone that would listen. All directly related to ego. I think falling out with Jimmy is his biggest blunder as an owner. Hanging on to Garrett was his 2nd biggest blunder. He saw Garrett as the next Bellicheck....and gave it 10 years. Why? Because he wanted to prove his "eye" for a football guy, so he prolonged admitting he was wrong....with the hopes Garrett would eventually prove him right. 2 years later Garrett is out the NFL and in the broadcast for the USFL! You cannot make this stuff up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

#1 problem has been the losers they hired to run their team on the field. We can at least say that the drafting has been fixed with McClay.

The we went through the period of resigning the wrong guys and overpaying, keeping too long.

And we're called spoiled because we want playoff wins. I'm sorry but our play this century in the playoffs suck. The Jets have more playoff success than we have.

Most of the teams that were good in the 90s continued to be good over the last 26 years......some like the 49ers have even reincarnated themselves twice......the dam* Eagles and Giants have surpassed us with multiple playoff wins and even have won the SB....whatever the Cowboys FO is doing isn't working.....can't even make a NFC championship game.

First, we haven't "sucked for 25 years". We have had some very good seasons in the last 25 years. We just haven't won a Super Bowl in that timeframe. But there is nothing I can say to change your mind as long as you think Jerry and his FO are just a band of misfits. Haters are going to hate. That's on you and no one else.

My friend, I think it is you that has that issue. You say nepotism as if it's a bad word. Family businesses are run this way. It's not the nepotism that has screwed up this team, it's the incompetence. Those two words are not synonymous with each other. If you think otherwise then that's your mistake.
