Mickey writes about different things here.
Comparing TC now days as to the 90's. As he writes about what the Moose said about TC those days in the Texas heat.

Also talks about the schedule, being not as easy as the .462 opponents win loss record being near the bottom.
They play 5 of the 7 division winners and other teams being over .500 last season.

Mickey was the most knowledgeable local media guy way back when he was at the Dallas Times Herald and helped with radio broadcasts.
- That was through the 1991 season.
- For a short period of time he had a Fax based newsletter (I subscribed).
- He always had details about players and details about the rules (PUP, IR, etc.) that were hard to find in the early days of the internet.
- Later he had the details about the salary cap back when that info was to readily available.

Once he took the job with the Cowboys, he got lazy.

SO that's what it is. He's gotten to be so irritating now. It's hard to stomach him now. Bless his heart.

Eight games against teams with winning records. Best guess is we go 3-5 in those games. We lose two games we're supposed to win and voila...we're 10-7. Good enough to make the playoffs, but not good enough to win it all. It's almost as if the ghost of Garrett is hunting this team.

Thorough outline of camp schedule, mini-report about an upcoming postion battle (CB), analysis of the Schutlz deal- no deal, blurb about some of the 2022 opponents, a long-ago draft nugget, some trivia, along with a bit of nostalgia tossed in (a Spagnolia staple).
It's a good read.
