Bryon gave up this many yards last year?????
Actually 729 but who cares, it isn't 907!

Those 0 ints and 4 tds given up are all fluff stats anyway! Same with his 10 passes defended.

Year before he gave up 775 and 5 tds, but he did have 2! Count 'em 2 picks!

My goodness........this strengthens my point even more that too much is being made of Diggs's 907 yards and double-digit sacks.

He shouldn't be getting smoked by a practice squad guy regardless of the situation.

That's concerning.
Believe me, there is no shame in getting cooked by Simi Fehoko, this guy isn't just a typical "practice squad guy". If given an opportunity he will prove his worth..

I wonder if all journalists save these types of articles when they really don't have something significant to report.

Let's stir up the fans about something that will happen in two years.

Dallas is about to go into a season and question marks abound. But let's throw a fire cracker in the burn barrel and get crap started. Makes me wonder if they see who can start the longest thread in The Zone and brag about it to other people who cover the Cowboys.

Come on, Sturm.
My thoughts exactly. It's like a person that just bought a new vehicle - but is now worrying about the resale value four years from now.
Stick to the matter at hand....covering the team's preparation for the upcoming 2022 season.

Actually four with Dak extension......

I wouldn't count a Dak extension as one of them, because he's already being paid. The other three are three new big contracts.

But people forget, just because they get an extension doesn't mean it hits the cap hard right away. For example, if they extend Diggs after 2022, you most likely won't see a big cap hit from him until 2025. And since Lamb has a 5th year option, 2026. Parsons even later than that. Remember when Zeke got his extension way back when? This upcoming year will be the first big cap hit. He wasn't a cap issue this entire time. There's nothing to worry about for the next few years regardless of who Dallas extends. By the time it comes to pay, the cap will be much higher.

CeeDee and Diggs both have more to prove.

Micah is Micah. Pay him whatever he wants.
///////////////////////////////////////////========== ?~
just imo
lamb has proved nothing so far, this season will give him a chanceto prove he can be good as #1, with no amari around.
So imo he has a lot to prove. He should get a lot of dbl cover schemes this year, so lets see what he does with that.

Diggs, looked good last year, but can he do it again ? so this is on him to prove he can/.

Micah ! lol , looks like everyone just says pay him !! go ahead and give him extension now !!
tap the brakes, he has to prove he can do it again too, he surprised teams last year, this year they will be aware of him\
when game planning for dallas they will think about how to deal with micah.
So as I said months ago, he will have a harder time this year to do what he did last year.

All 3, teams will focus on them more, making it harder for them.
