One of my cousins just died....he was one of the most influential politicians in Mexico...probably would have been the next president....goes to show that money and power can't buy you much, when it counts. He was a good guy and a Cowboys fan. Gonna miss you Primo.

Sorry to hear bro. Peace be with the family. A lot of hardcore Cowboys fans south of the border. I don’t know…. a lot of corruption and bad endings for politicians in that country. Maybe he was spared a worse fate. I remember when I was a teenager and my girlfriend at the time who’s family lived in Monterrey told me stories from her family about some of the politicians and the corruption and the deaths. At the time, I was more interested in crossing the border and drinking a lot of tequila and enjoying underage bars, but I’ll never forget some of those stories.

I was raised in Mexico and saw many bad things, my cousin was different...he was gonna change the world.....he was a good guy.

I'm so sorry to hear, Coach @Ranching . My apologies for replying so late. It's sad to hear how soon your cousin passed away when he was so close from possibly becoming Mexico's next president. I have my thoughts and prayers for you and your family, big bro.
