Quietly has 4 sacks and a blocked field goal this year. Has been showing up every week maybe they really do have something here?

Yeah, I'll eat crow on Armstrong. Really thought we messed up by not signing Von Miller, etc. Armstrong has been great.

That said, we still have a lot of cap money we aren't doing anything with and there's areas we could still improve.

Many people wanted him gone at various points in the last two years. He’s a great example of why sometimes it’s better to trust the coaching staff on the backup/fringe position decisions, because we don’t see these guys play every day. The front office believed in him and he’s showing us why.

He and DLaw picked up the slack last night for Parsons. Finally has answered the call.

Armstrong showed last season he was making improvement in his game and now he is showing consistency in his play. Sometimes liking your own guys pays off.

I never understood the hate for these guys. Not just the board but the local media. 4th and 7th round picks fighting for survival. That is what makes football great. You win games because of players like these two.
