Teams go Hurry up when Parsons' out

It seems that teams are finding a way to negate Parsons by waiting until he goes to the sideline and then they go to a hurry-up which doesn't allow the Defense to sub Parsons back in.

He is a nightmare to game plan around. The best way is to keep him off the field.

The rub is when he finally gets to sub back in he's had a breather and the offense is gassed.

Washington is really the first team to try this strategy.. which I would contend wouldn't work if they didn't take Lawrence out at the same time. One of those two needs to be on the field at all times. And for the love of all that is holy can Dorance Armstrong learn how to set the edge against the run!?!?!?
