Former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Deion Sanders was interviewed on KESN-FM on Wednesday to discuss possible changes to the Cowboys’ defense. Here are some highlights:

What is your assessment of Jay Ratliff? Is he just playing out of position?

I like him. I think he’s good. He’s more than adequate. Sometimes, guys are just ballers. I think Ratliff is going to ball wherever you play him. He’s just that kind of guy....

Deion is an idiot. His opinions on running a team and managing players is useless.

Personally, I would be offended if labeled, "more than adequate..." But, I have thin skin.

Even when deion is right, I still find myself wanting to smack him for just the way he comes across saying it.

Wish the guy would get his HOF jacket and go home and live the quiet life. Quit being on TV and in the press...please.

Arrggh...the most annoying former cowboy EVAH!

I agree. Ratliff is a baller.
I agree he is a baller. But boy would i love to see him move to DE and get a fat nose tackle someone kinda like Jason Ferguson when he was here. But why mess with something that he has been so good at?

Wow, I am glad Deions not our coach. anyone that can call that line adequate was not watching the offense play a down. Ask Romo how the line held up, Ask Jon Kitna. Heck when your top two QBs go down with injuries, is your line adequate? Is it even decent?

Come on Deion, I know your a defensive player, but even you have to realize the line needs MAJOR work. Has for years. I was complaining about the line before we even signed el dorado oh so many years ago.

You're damn skippy there Ashwynn. I wanted Dallas to draft O lineman Justin Blalock from UT back in the 06 draft before he was drafted by the Falcons.

Aaahh, the great draft of 2006. Not one of BP's finer moments.

I can't figure out why NFL network hired that annoying idiot. I can't stand him.

Well they have a second chance to get him, hear he is a FA. And I agree, he would definitely be a great replacement at G for years. I liked him since back at UT.
