Seahawks QB Russell Wilson will be in camp with Rangers next Monday

Seattle Seahawks quarterback and former minor league second baseman Russell Wilson will be in camp with the Rangers next Monday, the team announced. He is expected to participate in the club's morning work out and be in uniform for their afternoon game against the Indians. It's unlikely he will play, however.

I don't get why people make a big deal about this. The Rangers went to back to back World Series a few years back. There are still a handful of players on this team from those years. You also had Berkman and AJP, 2 guys who have won World Series on the team last year. Some think he can give them tips on how to win. Lulz. They have guys who know what it takes to win at the highest level.

SB winning QB or not, if I were him I would do whatever I could to garner a MLB contract.

I prefer football, but I want guaranteed money crazy money.
