Bradshaw was notorious for throwing ducks hah. (inaccurate ugly non-spiral passes) Nobody (with a brain) ever confused him with being a great QB. Like Dilfer, Johnson, McMahon, etc. Many of those QBs have superbowls, not because they are great QBs, but because they had some of the best defenses in the NFL.

Not saying Bradshaw was an amazing QB, but if you're going to hand it to the defense, that goes doubly for Eli and Jeff. Stabler and Bradshaw may have benefited from era and teams, but overall they were just winners.

once the PItts D started to go downhill they never got close to the SB again.
