I really wasn't a fan of season 1, but I thought I would give season 2 a try. It was so boring. The fight choreography was poor. The music was excellent. The story and action were lacking. I really have not liked any of the Netflix Marvel shows except for Daredevil's 2 seasons. Everything they got right with Daredevil has been missing from the other characters. At the beginning they made a very big deal about how these shows were a part of the larger Marvel cinematic universe, but I can see why they don't involve them in the movies. It is just not good or entertaining.

Watch a couple episodes of Black Lightning. That'll make you appreciate the Netflix shows.

The fighting in Cage and Jones is atrocious. Like daytime tv show levels of bad.
I like the actors.. but meh.

Daredevil and Punisher were both good. haven't watched S2 of Jones or Cage because of how much I disliked the first seasons.

Season one was cool. Got a month sabbatical coming up, and I'll probably watch it then.

Yep, I am looking forward to season 2 of The Punisher. I don't get hooked on the episodic shows much but that and Bosch got me like Rescue Me, Sons of Anarchy, The Shield, The Wire, GOT and Suits did. Hell, I guess I do get hooked on episodic shows after all. But I only watch Suits for the women, I have to wear a drool cup under my chin when I see Donna. That is the sexiest redhead I have ever seen. Next to Jumbo, of course.

No idea who you're talking about, but I'm drooling anyway....I'm at the gym, and there's a super hottie sitting across the machine from me, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.

The second season of Daredevil was awful.

Marvel's Netflix shows have really fallen off. Seems the first season are good, and then things go to crap.

Except for Iron Fist, which was terrible right out of the gates.

I liked them all, to a degree, but I'd rank them in order as follows:

#1 - The Punisher
#2 - Daredevil, season 1
#3 - Daredevil, season 2
#4 - The Defenders
#5 - Jessica Jones, season 1
#6 - Luke Cage, season 1
#7 - Jessica Jones, season 2
#8 - Luke Cage, season 2
#9 - Iron Fist

Did I forget anyone?

Agreed. Episodes one through six of Luke Cage did drag for me but episode seven through 13 finished strong in my book.

Loved the season finale. It added a new layer onto the character.

My biggest pet peeve is a small one. Did not like how Misty’s arm changed from being Stark tech to Rand tech. I guess that was an easy way for them to write it into the story. Whatever.

A belated rest in peace Reg E. Cathey. I will never forget his voice.

I just finished watching season two. Man, talk about slow... There was about a show and a half worth of filler where they focused on the performing artist rather than add to the story. If there is a season 3, I'm probably not going to watch it.

I'll give Iron Fist one more shot because season two won't be so haphazardly rushed and might have a better story and better fight choreography. I don't hold out much hope for it. I'm interested to see what Daredevil season 3 holds and am looking forward to Punisher season two.

Sometimes I enjoy watching an actor play a role they do not commonly portray. Many of Alfie Woodard’s career roles have been the ‘nice girl’ (or WOMAN :p ) type. I really liked her bad girl routine, even before her character’s transformation from shady city councilwoman to crime lord.

I'm 3 episodes into the second season, and it has been painful. Like watching paint dry right now. With them being an hour each is rough.

And I've enjoyed all the series seasons, even Iron Fist. But this one is a killer.

I finally finished season two of Luke Cage during the weekend. I didn't enjoy this season as much as the prior, but it was better than nothing during this ho-hum part of the year known as the off-season.
