What were they doing out there, 15 carries for Zeke? A lot of those runs from shotgun too. Completely eliminating Zeke from the game

LOL...…..oh yah, and that rookie coming in next year at QB will be tearing it up for sure. LMAO!!!!!!

Anybody remember what life was like as a Cowboys’ fan from 2001-2003? Yeah, if we end up with a top 5 draft pick, it’ll be another year wasted for this offensive line and of Zeke in his prime. Then a rebuilding year while whatever QB we draft either plays or sits behind Dak. By the time he’s any good, Zeke will be a free agent and this o-line will be going into their 30’s.

Not a good plan.

We know Dak can win because he led the team to 13-3 in his rookie season and was one Aaron Rodgers miracle away from the NFC Championship game.

On the bright side, this was no more than a preseason game for many many players who didn't get the snaps they needed previously. It could improve.

The problem is we have people who have no business being in the two most important positions in football running things. Stephen Jones is pretty much the new GM and he's 'learning his position', and Garrett the HC has been learning his position for a decade.

Anyone who objectively looked at the talent on the offensive side of the ball would have realized that it stinks. Couple rookies with mediocre talent plucked from other teams and an occasional decent leftover in Beasley as well as none of the starters practicing together, you have today.

There was no bright side. Well, the DB’s played well, but they were playing against a bunch of below average receivers.

They don't need Earl Thomas. He is not going to make much of a difference on defense. I'd rather get the offensive line solidified but its going to take a while. They had all the pieces they needed but let Leary go and then made the mistake of moving Collins to RT. They should have either kept Leary and moved Collins outside or let Leary go but kept Collins inside where I think he will be better. Then get a right tackle in the draft or in free agency - oh, that's right, the Jones boys don't believe in free agency. They'd rather rely on their crack draft team.

The problem is we have enough talent to be an 8-8 team and picking right in no man’s land in the draft again, unless Dak or Zeke get injured.

We'll that would suck, going 8-8.

I don't want Zeke injured, we could use him next year. Dak........yeah no, dude is a back up QB at best

The only bright spot was the play of d.Lawrence.

Definitely could have been worse. Several picks could have been worse. That being said, not much worse.
