For Dallas to win they have to control the clock on offense, they can't settle for fieldgoals in the redzone and Dak is going to have to make some plays down the field because I thing Wade is going scheme to limit Zeke's damage...

Teams always try to limit Zeke. Everything with the Boys come from play action just like the Rams. But while I think Dak will be fine, our offensive line will have to handle those stunts the Rams will throw at us. Gotta protect him either with scheme (getting the pass out faster) or just straight blocking

it'll be decided in the trenches.
we control that line on both sides and get pressure on Goff we win.
also...watch Zeke on screens...he just might make some monster plays...in our PASS GAME.

So true.....better believe Wade sending the house. I can see him selling out to pressure and frustrate Dak into a bad game.

True but for whatever reason, our OL tend to have problems with 3-4 defenses.

Several keys to me:
1) Contain Gurley
2) Hit and disrupt Goff early and often
3) Contain Donald (Win the trench battle)
4) Red Zone Offense (Dallas needs to get this straightened out)

These are all fairly obvious things for a team to have success. I could throw in limiting turnovers and winning time of posession, keeping ther Lamb offense off the field. Dallas basically needs to do wht they've been doing and let our running game and defense carry the team.

1) Control the clock with running game
2) Score TDs in the red zone and don't settle for FGs
3) Pass rush must get home...sacks are a must
4) Win turnover battle

It would be RARE that I would have Dak stand in the pocket this weekend. While I hope his pocket awareness develops, I don't want to test it Saturday. If the play call is a pass, I would have an immediate designed roll out. Put Dak on the move away from Donald and the pressure. The key to giving Dak a chance is to put him on the move. I wouldn't even mind a direct snap to Elliot early in the game just to keep their interior line from keying in on Dak. On defense, I think it's uncomplicated, but not easy. Knock Goff down...a lot. I still don't trust the back end of our defense. So, I'd put my front 7 in the backfield with him all day. Constant run blitz.

Keys to winning, move Dak around by design. RUN the ball. Clobber Goff and hope we can make him less efficient.

Most of all, I'm thankful I'm not the coordinator for either side of the ball. I don't know what I'm talking about. :)

I think everyone on this thread has it right but I'm going another direction...you know the old saying, "you must run to set up the pass"? Well I think we need to pass to set up the run. If we show that we are willing and able to pass to anyone then Zeke's holes will start widening.

I believe the Rams are one of the rushings D. Wade might want to have schemed much sooner.

This plus very limited holding penalties and the most important variable, no turnovers.
