I'm going to be honest, the last couple seasons I kind of went into them like, "meh". This year I feel super excited to for the season to kick off. I'm not sure what has changed but it feels good to be back!!

yeah not that far off, if you dont focus on it that will pass quickly.
I just dont like that the 1st game is a scrimmage game and not even like a real PS game.

Do you remember who the HC is? Once you do you will get over your 'sickness' and slip back into 'meh' mode

Yes & hopefully those "in the loop" of esteemed forum fellows, who religiously attend training camps in the observation mode will share their first hand factuals with the rest of us pleebs,thru posted thread header reports:starspin:

funny thing is every year i do the same thing and get myself fired up for the first preseason game....then 5 mins into it I realize how crappy it is and thay I have 4 more weeks....same every year
