They should get an exemption to get him into playing shape if they choose to do so. They would also need to renegotiate his contract.

Jumbo075 had a great post on the multitude of unknowns about the McClain situation. I added a couple more in the thread. It's very complicated. With all the hubbub over final cuts and Zeke's contract, I don't except any writers to get around to an article any time soon.

The guy is useless at this point. If he came back sooner, he may have been tradable for a low round draft pick. I don’t think he is worth a 20oz Coke now.
