He was a second round WR drafted by Dallas in the 90’s. He had an appendicitis and missed some time and got cut.
Jacksonville picked him up and then he ended up being a pro bowl WR for them.

He really does remind me of Glenn a whole lot. Same body control and easy athleticism.
