Kellen’s got an ‘aw shucks’ thing going. The shoulder shrug helps create it and is part of his boyish charm. My guess? He learned long ago that people respond well to it: they like being in the presence of a guy who seems almost uncomfortable with his own intelligence. So he goes with it.

I'm 100% confidence Moore will be the Cowboys as long as Jerry wants him. He's not going anywhere. I know it's really but from what we've seen so far, hell he alone is worth 5-6 Ws a season. No one's letting that kind of impact walk out the door w/o a major fight.

I love the tempo part. Do you know how much easier a coordinator makes the head coach's job be. Now Jason only has to concentrate on field management. I think Jason I'll have his best years in front of him because of Kellen Moore. You're only as good as your team. This kid is a winner

Everyone has some physical mannerisms. We notice them because we see them on camera a ton. You'd be shocked if you started watching yourself on camera.
